eALERTS

This free service allows you to receive alerts by email or text message when certain activities take place on your account. To participate in e-ALERT, you must be enrolled in Online Banking.

eAlert Instructions

eAlert Types

ACH Activity deposits – You will receive notification

ACH Withdrawals – You will receive notification

Address Change - You will be notified any time a change is made to the e-mail address associated with your account.

Audio/Online Banking Login - You will be notified when Online Banking or Touchtone Teller is accessed.

Minimum Balance - You select the minimum available balance that will generate a notice when reached.

Check Cleared - You will be notified when a check clears your checking account.

Email Address Changed - You will be notified any time a change is made to the e-mail address associated with your account.

Loan Payment Due Soon - You will select how many days in advance you want to be alerted to a loan payment being due and will receive notifications accordingly.

Loan Payment is Past Due - You will receive an eAlert if your loan's due date passes without a payment being made. You may receive this eAlert again if a payment is not made in a timely manner.

Loan Payment Posted - You will receive an eAlert each time a payment is made on your loan(s).

NSF Fee Posted - You will receive a notification when an item has been presented and funds were not available.

Overdraw Limit Used - You will be notified when you overdraw your checking account. Overdraft Occurred - You will receive a notification when a transfer has been made to cover an item presented to your checking account.

Periodic Transfer Posted – You will receive an alert when the funds transfer you previously scheduled has occurred.
